Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join the Advanced Process Manufacturing team in Singapore. The role focuses on building and updating schedules for large high-tech construction projects, using Primavera P6 and advanced MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field with 8+ years scheduling experience in semiconductor EPC.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6, SAP, and MS Excel; ability to read engineering prints and disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical/problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, build and update project schedules with project teams.
• Develop WBS, baseline schedules, and ongoing schedule updates.
• Maintain CPM schedule, lead Lean and Pull Planning alignment.
• Assist with earned value analysis and cost-loaded schedules.
• Produce reports: Gantt charts, progress charts, S-curves, and more.
• Integrate subcontractor look-ahead schedules and revise logic as required.
• Attend planning meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
