TOPSCIENCE (S) PTE LTD is seeking a capable engineer to supervise site activities, manage resources, and negotiate construction plans. You will apply engineering principles, inspect progress, and ensure design specs are met.

The role also involves IC layout design using engineering software and reporting to the architect or civil engineer. You will communicate construction specifications, assist with design changes, and help enforce on-site security and inspections.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or wastewater industries.

Responsabilités

• Oversee supervision, mobilization, negotiation, audit, personnel and resources at the construction site.
• Negotiate with builders to determine construction plans, standards and procedures.
• Apply building principles, conduct inspections and tests, and supervise the project to meet design specs and material standards.
• Design and develop the layout for integrated circuits using software to create schematics and diagrams.
• Report progress and construction status to the architect or civil engineer.
• Explain construction specifications and assist in engineering design changes.
• Assist with changes on engineering design and ensure on-site security enforcement and inspection.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Formation

Diploma / Degree in any engineering discipline

5 Years of relevant working experience in semiconductor / wastewater industry
