Job summary

WHOLETECH SYSTEM HITECH (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a leadership-focused project manager for semiconductor plant projects and piping works. The role involves planning, scheduling, budgeting, and guiding on-site teams to meet quality and safety standards.

You will review designs with engineering, ensure client specifications are met, and maintain strong communication with subcontractors and clients from Tampines project site. English and Chinese language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing bulk gas or specialty gas projects is required.
• Ability to read and interpret site blueprints and 2D/3D drawings.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Immediate or short notice start is preferred.
• Based at Tampines project site for at least 2 years.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese for status reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for semiconductor plant projects and piping works.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, budget, and resources.
• Lead project teams with guidance, direction, and technical expertise.
• Review design specifications with engineering to meet client requirements and safety standards.
• Oversee on-site construction activities with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and crews to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Implement quality control to exceed client expectations and conduct inspections for compliance.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and proposals for new projects.
• Build strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
