Job summary

TOPSCIENCE (S) PTE LTD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily activities of general workers at a project site, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety and cleanroom protocols.

The role requires hands-on technical experience with installation, servicing and maintenance, plus strong troubleshooting and coordination abilities to support ongoing semiconductor-related work.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising site workers and coordinating daily tasks.
• Hands-on ability to install, service and maintain equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination with team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of general workers at the project site.
• Assign manpower and daily tasks and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Perform hands-on technical work involving filter installation, replacement, servicing and maintenance.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting, inspection and rectification of filter-related equipment and systems.
• Monitor site work progress and provide updates to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Ensure all workers comply with site safety requirements and cleanroom protocols.
• Maintain basic work, maintenance and service records.
