Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a seasoned program leader to own the end-to-end execution of complex semiconductor technology programs. You will act as the central point of accountability across internal teams, customers, vendors, and technical stakeholders, driving plans, milestones, and risk mitigations from planning through delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in semiconductors, plus formal project/program management experience.

Qualifications

10+ years in semiconductor industry.
Prior experience or formal training in project, program, or product management.
Highly reliable with disciplined follow-through on emails, action items, and commitments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project execution and be the go-to for internal/external stakeholders.
Develop, maintain, and execute the project plan for enablement of new technologies or tech transfers.
Analyze data and monitor programs to ensure scope, cost, schedule, and specs are met.
Drive team members to meet milestones and customer commitments.
Document, track, and drive closure of meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
Identify risks early and define mitigation actions.
Track and report progress to stakeholders, including external customers.
Travel as needed for customer requests, workshops, and reviews.
