Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a seasoned project/program manager to own end-to-end execution of complex semiconductor technology programs. You will coordinate internal teams, customers, and vendors, develop plans for technology enablement or transfers, and ensure delivery against scope, cost, and schedule.

The role requires 6+ years in the semiconductor industry, strong communication skills, and a disciplined, detail-oriented approach. Travel to customer sites and reviews will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 6+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry.
• Prior experience or formal training in project, program, or product management.
• Strong interpersonal skills - influence without authority
• Excellent communication (written and oral) skills.
• Detail-oriented and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Full project execution ownership and go-to person for all internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and execute the project plan for enablement of new technologies and/or technology transfers.
• Analyze data and monitor programs to ensure adherence to contract scope, cost, schedule, and technical specifications.
• Drive project team members to meet critical milestones and customer commitments.
• Document, track, and drive closure of meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Proactively identify key risks to the program and define mitigation actions.
• Track and report progress to key stakeholders (including external customers).
• Travel as needed for customer requests, workshops, project reviews, and staff meetings.
