Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead manufacturing projects from planning through delivery. The role focuses on schedule, budget, and cross-functional coordination across engineers, technicians, and key stakeholders.

You will act as the main point of contact, build client and supplier relationships, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget project outcomes. A diploma or degree is required with at least five years in PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong network in semiconductor, life sciences, or medical markets.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources, and budget controls.
• Drive projects to timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and stakeholders.
• Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and excellence.
• Act as the primary contact for all project communications with internal and external parties.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure deliverables meet highest quality standards and enforce QC measures.
• Oversee expenditure and maintain budgetary control; provide financial reports to leadership.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and deliver status updates to stakeholders.
