Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Program Engineer to support and manage engineering programs from development through delivery in Singapore. You will collaborate with engineering, NPI, manufacturing, quality teams, customers and suppliers to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning, coordination across functions, risk assessments, prototype support, and producing technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of experience in program/project engineering in precision manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of precision manufacturing processes and materials.
• Experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM and precision measurement tools is advantageous.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA or AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong project management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with MS Project is advantageous.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, schedules, timelines and budgets for engineering programs.
• Coordinate with NPI, manufacturing and quality teams to drive project progress.
• Monitor milestones and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Provide engineering support for precision manufacturing processes including CNC, micro-fabrication and metrology.
• Support prototype development and ensure designs are manufacturable.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments and technical evaluations.
• Coordinate testing, validation and inspection to meet quality and tolerance requirements.
• Communicate project updates, risks and technical information to customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports and technical documentation.
