Job summary
Kanry Search Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Technician (Semiconductor) to support manufacturing operations through hands-on assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and engineering support. You will work with engineers to maintain production performance and assist NPI activities.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, inspecting equipment, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets while following safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant semiconductor manufacturing experience.
- Hands-on experience in assembly, testing, troubleshooting, or production support.
- Exposure to NPI, engineering builds, or process improvement is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support daily manufacturing operations and troubleshoot production, equipment, and process issues.
- Inspect equipment, tooling, and processes to maintain quality and smooth production flow.
- Assist with NPI trials, engineering builds, and product transfer activities.
- Collect and review production data to identify issues and support process improvements.
- Work with Manufacturing Engineers to implement corrective actions and changes.
- Prepare and update work instructions, process records, checklists, and production reports.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to meet targets.
