Job summary

Kanry Search Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support daily operations at their Yishun site in Singapore. The role involves assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and providing production floor support to ensure smooth manufacturing flow.

You will participate in inspections, data collection, and collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to stabilise processes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in test/assembly/manufacturing roles.
• Hands-on experience in assembly, testing and troubleshooting in a semiconductor environment.
• Experience with process instructions and basic equipment/tooling handling is a plus.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to manufacturing operations and assist in resolving production process issues.
• Conduct equipment, tooling, and process inspections to ensure stable and efficient production flow.
• Support engineering activities including product trials, NPI, engineering builds, and product transfer projects.
• Collect and analyze production data to support process improvement and performance tracking.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineers in troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Support engineering changes by updating process documents and ensuring smooth implementation on the production floor.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing documents such as work instructions, process records, checklists, and reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, Lean Manufacturing activities, and 5S initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to achieve manufacturing targets.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
