Job summary

Advanced Substrate Technologies Pte Ltd (AST) is seeking a hands-on Procurement Executive / Buyer to manage day-to-day purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and procurement operations in Singapore.

You will handle RFQs, quotations, PRs and POs, and perform 3-way matching for payment processing, ensuring accurate records in NetSuite.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in procurement, a diploma or degree, and strong communication, negotiation, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is required.
• Good understanding of the procure‑to‑pay (PR → PO → DO → Invoice) process.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor onboarding and ERP setup.
• Handle RFQs, compile quotations, and prepare comparison analyses.
• Create and manage PRs and POs, ensuring timely order placement and delivery.
• Perform 3‑way matching of PO, DO, and invoices for payment processing.
• Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records in NetSuite.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders on purchasing requirements.
• Support procurement reporting, including open PO tracking.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes.
