Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a procurement specialist to manage purchasing activities, coordinate supplier relations, and support production planning in a semiconductor environment.

You will release POs/RFQs via MRP, work with local and international suppliers, and ensure cost-effective, timely delivery while maintaining stock levels. A Diploma/degree in Business/ Purchasing/ SCM is preferred, with experience in manufacturing or electronics advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business/Purchasing/SCM or related field.
• Purchasing experience in manufacturing/semicon/electronics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow MRP to release POs or RFQs to suppliers.
• Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers on purchasing issues and track shipment status.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and production planning.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery for all procurement activities.
• Evaluate suppliers for components, materials, and products from local and international sources.
• Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage and monitor Engineering Changes (EC) closely.
• Maintain adequate warehouse stock levels to support production needs.
