Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Buyer / Purchasing Executive to manage end-to-end procurement, PO creation, and supplier coordination. You will monitor deliveries, use SAP MM and MRP, and align purchasing with production needs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing purchasing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with SAP MM and MRP; strong Excel and Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end purchasing activities including PO creation and management.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and avoid production delays.
• Utilize SAP MM to track orders, goods receipts, and supplier data.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance and Logistics for procurement support.
• Prepare purchasing reports and analyze data to identify efficiency gains.
