Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Singapore is seeking a skilled production specialist to ensure stable, high-quality wafer production through process monitoring, support to process engineering, and defect reduction.

The role requires a higher diploma and 3–5 years in semiconductors, familiarity with cleanroom operations, MES and data analysis, plus willingness to night shift and be on call. You will collaborate with operators, technicians and engineers to drive continuous improvement and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Higher diploma with relevant semiconductor experience.
• 3-5 years' semiconductor background with cleanroom exposure is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production processes for stability and yield.
• Support process engineering and equipment teams.
• Address defects and drive continuous improvement and EHS compliance.
• Train operators and follow procedures; participate in night shifts.
