Job summary

STMicroelectronics Singapore is seeking a production process professional to ensure stable, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing by executing process experiments, monitoring performance, and resolving technical issues with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Production.

You will handle 12‑hour shift monitoring, project support, yield improvement, defect reduction, and tool uptime, while driving continuous improvement and training for personal development in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of semiconductor experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Experience with SPC tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Process monitoring and control during 12hrs shift.
• Support Process Engineering on projects and deployment.
• Yield, quality and defect reduction through analysis.
• Operate to maintain good tool uptime and provide on-call support.
• Promote continuous improvement and EHS compliance.
• Participate in training and personal development.
