Job summary

The successful candidate will support manufacturing process activities, process monitoring, troubleshooting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume manufacturing (HVM) semiconductor environment.

You will monitor and analyze process performance, identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support process

Qualifications

• Graduate engineer with a B.E. in a relevant field.
• Interest in manufacturing and semiconductor operations.
• Willingness to work 12h rotating shifts in a cleanroom.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze process performance for stability and quality.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvement actions.
• Troubleshoot process issues and deviations in equipment.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support process qualification, validation, and change management.
• Collect and present data to support decisions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards.
• Assist in new product introductions and process transfers.
• Provide support during audits and customer visits.
• Perform other engineering tasks as assigned.
