• Collaborate closely with product team, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to address customer technical issues and drive solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Support new product introductions and application development initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation including application reports, specifications, test data, and customer presentations.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for customer-reported issues.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely technical responses to support business growth.

This is a new role created to support business growth in Singapore and the SEA semiconductor market. The role will focus on both back-end and front-end semiconductor process applications and will serve as a key technical liaison between customers, the sales team, and internal product teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong engineering fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements, support product applications and system integration, and translate customer needs into effective technical solutions.

Functional Contribution:

Provide technical support and process application expertise to customers, sales teams, and product team.

Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products, solutions.

Support product selection, application validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.

Collaborate closely with product team, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to address customer technical issues and drive solutions.

Skills, Abilities and Mastery:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in semi back end or front end process engineering, application engineering, technical support, field engineering, or related roles.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with hands‑on technical aptitude.

Experience supporting semiconductor or manufacturing‑related products and systems is preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with customer‑facing experience.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Fluent in English, Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with semiconductor front end process or equipment or precision manufacturing applications.

Experience working with global company and cross‑functional international teams.

Basic knowledge of quality and reliability tools such as 8D, FMEA, or Six Sigma methodologies.
