Job summary

WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Front-End Process Integration Engineer to own yield performance and drive continuous improvement across front-end semiconductor processes in our Singapore operations.

You will perform DOE-based optimization, analyze root causes of yield loss, and collaborate with process, manufacturing, quality, and equipment teams to implement corrective actions. Candidates should have a strong background in wafer fabrication and industrialization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Materials, Microelectronics, or equivalent.
Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication or high-volume electronics manufacturing; front-end integration preferred.
Hands-on involvement in new tech introduction, process qualification, industrialization, manufacturing ramp-up, yield enhancement, or process control methodologies.

Responsibilities

Owning front-end yield performance and driving continuous improvements.
Performing wafer scrap analysis and root-cause investigations.
Collaborating with module engineers, manufacturing, quality, and equipment teams to resolve yield excursions.
Leading corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
Driving cross-functional investigations and continuous improvement projects.
Capturing lessons learned for long-term sustainability.
