Job summary

Accretech Vietnam Co. in Singapore seeks an entry-level Service Engineer to provide hands-on support for semiconductor machines at customer sites both locally and overseas.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade equipment while preparing service reports and coordinating with HQ and Sales. Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree in Electrical/Electronic, have 1+ year experience, and are fluent in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service engineer or field service role.
• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting of electromechanical systems.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to communicate technical info clearly.
• Willingness to travel within the Central Region as needed.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for semiconductor machines at customer sites locally and overseas.
• Prepare reports including service reports and feedback on machine performance.
• Update management on job activities and progress.
• Respond to customer requests and troubleshoot within deadlines with HQ and Sales.
• Conduct training on proper machine operation at customer sites.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with customers.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks to support ongoing projects and business needs.
