Job summary

Accretech (Thailand) Co., Ltd. seeks an entry-level Field Service Engineer to provide hands-on installation, setup, upgrade, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of semiconductor machines at customer sites locally and overseas.

You will prepare service reports, update management on progress, respond to technical requests, and train operators while building lasting customer relationships. Mandarin and English proficiency is preferred with regional travel expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum 1 year in service/field service, preferably semiconductor.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on installation, setup, upgrade, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of semiconductor machines at customer sites locally and overseas.
Prepare service reports and feedback on machine performance.
Update management on activity progress and issues.
Respond to customer requests to troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions.
Conduct training on proper operation of the machine at customer sites.
Develop and maintain close relationships with customers.
Assist with ad hoc tasks to support ongoing projects.
