Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a field service engineer to support semiconductor machines with installation, maintenance, and customer training. You will coordinate buyoffs, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver timely service responses across multiple sites.

The role requires traveling up to 80%, working rotating shifts, and adhering to strict quality processes while building strong relationships with customers and HQ.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 80% domestically/overseas.
• Shifts include nights, weekends, and rotating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Give technical support to defined customers and maintain a close technical relationship.
• Adhere to quality systems, policies and procedures.
• Write and present technical reports to communicate issues and countermeasures.
• Monitor customer workflow and propose operational improvements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and machine troubleshooting.
• Travel to customer sites for installations, repairs, and buyoffs as required.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, including training.
