is seeking an Engineer level to join a dynamic engineering team responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing semiconductor equipment and vacuum pump systems, with opportunities for overseas technical training. The role will involve field service at customer sites, diagnostics, reporting, and coordination with clients and internal teams, with path from Assistant Engineer to Senior Engineer depending on experience; Mandarin

Qualifications

NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience.
Training provided; candidates with service/maintenance/field service experience encouraged.
Willingness to travel for overseas training.
Mandarin proficiency required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with installation start-up, commissioning and preventive maintenance at customer sites.
Troubleshoot, repair, and test dry and wet vacuum pumps per procedures.
Interpret technical drawings and test results to identify faults.
Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
Coordinate service activities with customers and internal teams.
Provide guidance to junior engineers and support handover.
Travel for overseas training programmes as required.
Follow safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures.
