Qualifications

Diploma / NITEC or equivalent in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
Experience in field service and customer support for semiconductor industry equipment.
Proficient troubleshooting skills in PCB, PC hardware, and software to resolve technical issues.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Effective communication and presentation skills to convey technical information clearly.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Deliver worldwide field service support to maintain operational reliability and improve customer satisfaction with company products.
Provide technical service and applications support to distributors and customers to diagnose and resolve product-related issues efficiently.
