Job summary

KLA is seeking high-energy, self-driven engineers to provide applications development support for KLA products in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. You will develop field use cases, characterize new products, and demonstrate metrology relevance to customer yield issues while delivering field technical support and detailed specifications.

The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently to drive projects with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles is favorable.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide applications development support to KLA products and field use cases.
• 2. Characterize new products/features and demonstrate metrology relevance to customer yield issues.
• 3. Provide field technical support in development and implementation of customer applications.
• 4. Prepare detailed product specifications and communicate findings to Engineering teams.
• 5. Work with customers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
