Job summary

You will provide applications development support, develop field use cases, and demonstrate metrology relevance to customer yield issues. You will also deliver field technical support, analyze data, and help improve products through feedback to Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Physics, or Material Science required.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide applications development support to KLA products.
• Develop field use cases; characterize new products/features; demonstrate metrology relevance to customer yield issues.
• Provide field technical support in development and implementation of customer applications for KLA products.
• Demonstrate product capabilities to customers and prepare detailed specifications.
• Characterize tool/algorithm performance and provide feedback to Engineering for improvement.
• Perform root-cause analysis and propose solutions for customers.
