Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or higher.
• Good understanding of manufacturing principles, equipment interaction, and process discipline within a semiconductor fab environment.
• Familiar with standard engineering and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., data analysis, root cause analysis, SPC).

Responsibilities

• Provides oversite and guidance of operational activities in meeting daily targets and goals.
• Supports manufacturing efficiency, quality and productivity improvements.
• Drives safe working practices and compliance with EH&S requirements.
• Collaborates with other projects and assignments as needed.
