Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking an Engineer in Process Engineering to support production ramp, qualification, and continuous improvement. You will develop SOPs, CAS and FMEA, optimize processes with SPC/DOE methods, and work with cross-functional teams across regions to meet GF standards.

The role requires a degree in Engineering and at least 4 years of process engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Degree/Master in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Chemical/Microelectronics)
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably in semiconductor
• Strong SPC knowledge (Statistical Process Control)
• Experience with MES systems and process engineering software"

Responsibilities

• Support production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool releases
• Establish SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and FMEA for related processes
• Drive continuous improvement through CIP and DOE-based optimization
• Lead small teams and train Associate Engineers to achieve departmental goals
