Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a documents control/engineering administration professional in Singapore.

You will manage engineering documentation in the DMS, coordinate with project teams on submissions and approvals, and support changes to BOMs and specifications throughout their lifecycle. The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or related discipline and at least 3 years’ experience in document control or a manufacturing environment, with familiarity in ERP/PLM systems and strong

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years in document control, engineering administration or manufacturing.
• Able to interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, flow charts and BOMs.
• Familiar with Excel macros/VBA and ERP/PLM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and project documentation in the document management system.
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams to track submissions, revisions, approvals and outstanding actions.
• Support the control of engineering changes, product specifications, BOM updates and lifecycle of obsolete parts.
• Maintain documentation within ERP and PLM systems, including BOM registration and engineering changes with Excel reports.
• Ensure proper document distribution, confidentiality and compliance with internal procedures; guide users on documentation requirements.
