Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. in Yishun, Singapore, seeks a highly motivated production operator to manage the assigned processes on the semiconductor production line during a 12-hour rotating shift (8-8), with transport pickup from JB/Yishun and select MRT lines.

You will investigate defects, map causes, compile affected lot lists, support NPI runs, create recipes, monitor SPC, and contribute to cost saving and yield improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical and Material Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in semiconductor processes is preferred: singulation / wirebond / die attach.
• Strong process orientation.
• Great initiative & follow-up.
• Good problem-solving skill.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned processes in the production line.
• Responsible for firsthand investigation, defect mapping, affected lot list compilation and resolution of the problem, timely closure of Inspection Reject Report and lot disposition.
• Support NPI lot, engineering evaluation runs and data compilation.
