Qualifications

• 8+ years of PMO, Strategy, Corporate Development, Transformation or Chief of Staff experience in a large multinational or matrixed setting.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics or related field; master's preferred.
• Experience in HVAC/building technologies, energy management or adjacent tech is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to distill complex inputs into concise, decision-ready executive briefs and presentations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across regional or global matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate segment PMO cadence, governance, and milestone tracking across strategic initiatives.
• Synthesize inputs and risks into concise recommendations and briefing materials for executives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve roadblocks across Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and zone leaders to optimize operating model and governance workflows.
• Lead high-impact, ambiguous strategic assignments delegated by the Executive Director or segment leadership.
