Job summary

ARROWCREST TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking a field service engineer in Singapore to perform routine maintenance and inspect security systems. You will troubleshoot CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, install and commission new equipment, and respond to service calls with standby coverage.

The role requires hands-on problem-solving, a technical qualification in electronics or IT, and willingness to travel across client sites. Strong communication and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field.
• Experience in servicing and maintaining security systems.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IP networking and system configuration advantageous.
• Willingness to work rotating standby schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of security systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair system faults (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, etc.).
• Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems when required.
• Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns, including rotating standby/on-call duties.
• Conduct system testing and ensure equipment is fully operational after repairs.
• Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with clients and site personnel during service activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Travel frequently between client sites to perform assigned duties.
