• Carry out scheduled maintenance of security systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues with CCTV, access control, PA, alarm, and other security systems.
• Replace faulty parts and perform repairs when needed.
• Test systems after maintenance or repair to ensure they are working properly.
• Inspect equipment and check system condition to prevent future problems.
• Prepare service reports and record work completed.
• Report recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Follow safety procedures and customer site requirements at all times.
• Keep work areas clean and safe during onsite servicing.
