Job summary

ASEANet Manpower Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled Security Systems Service Technician to perform service and maintenance at client sites. You will liaise with clients, assist supervisors, and ensure timely completion of work while upholding safety requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' experience in security systems, hands-on knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience and technical knowledge in security systems, including: Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, CCTV Systems
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance activities for security systems.
• Liaise with clients on service and maintenance-related matters.
• Assist the supervisor in coordinating service teams and assigning work responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support the supervisor in troubleshooting and ensuring timely completion of service and maintenance works at clients’ premises.
• Understand clients’ business needs and deliver services according to their requirements and objectives.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health requirements.
