Job summary

ADEMCO SECURITY GROUP in Singapore is seeking a Service Technician to execute service and maintenance workflows for security systems at client sites. You will liaise with client representatives, assist the supervisor in deploying teams, and manage day-to-day client expectations for timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years’ experience, hands-on knowledge of Integrated Security Management, Card Access, CCTV and IDS, plus favorable

Qualifications

• Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
• Experience with security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV is a must.
• IT/Network/Server knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated individual able to work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients' premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
