Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Technical Team Leader for Major/Camp projects to oversee security service and maintenance across island-wide sites. You will lead the service team, coordinate resources, and ensure delivery quality.

Candidates should have a Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, 3+ years in security systems (ISMS, access control, intrusion, CCTV), and hands-on configuration/integration skills. Vehicle ownership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Nitec diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with ≥3 years' experience.
• Hands-on experience in security systems: ISMS, Card Access, IDS, CCTV.
• Experience in security system configuration and integration with third parties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire service and maintenance workflow.
• Be the frontline contact with client representatives.
• Lead the service team and allocate tasks.
• Develop service plans, allocate resources, and track milestones.
• Improve customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of each client's business and objectives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the team and delivery timelines.
• Ensure timely delivery of maintenance commitments.
• Perform diverse technical and non-technical tasks.

Technical Team Leader [Major/Camp]

• Location: Island Wide | HQ office at Outram
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri | 8:30am - 6pm
• Salary: Basic up to $4500
• Min Nitec diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 3 years working experience
• Hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must
• Hands-on experience in security system configuration, application programming and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage
• Technologically savvy, with proficiency in both hardware and software.
• Prefer to have own vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the whole process of service cum maintenance workflow
• Front line contact with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues
• Lead a team of service team members
• Prepare service scope and develop service plans, define resource loading, skill requirements, tracking milestones and metrics
• Determine new, creative ways to employ teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results
• Continually seek and capitalize upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
• Possess a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives
• Be responsible for operationally managing multiple aspects of the team.
• Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of maintenance commitments to clients
• Perform a wide variety of technical and non-technical tasks
