QUANTUM AUTOMATION PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a business development professional specializing in Security/ELV systems. You will drive sales, engage consultants, and coordinate tender responses for integrated security solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years in Security/ELV sales or tendering, with strong communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with consultants and contractors throughout tender processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, M&E or equivalent.
• Security/ELV sales experience (3–5 years) with tendering or system integration.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with Singapore M&E tender processes, drawings and BOQ.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales & gross margin targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, developers, main contractors and M&E contractors.
• Promote Integrated Security System and related solutions.
• Identify projects early and engage consultants during design/specification stage.
• Review tender specifications, drawings, BOQ and requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to prepare solutions.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, compliance schedules and proposals.
• Attend tender interviews, technical presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and project follow-up.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new opportunities.
