Job summary

CERTIS GROUP - GHR is seeking a capable Project Engineer to manage security system projects (CCTV, IDS, access control, AV intercom). You will guide installation, testing and commissioning, keeping to budget and schedules while coordinating with architects and contractors.

You will also procure materials, train customers, manage subcontractors, update drawings, and relay progress to stakeholders. 2 years' experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, IT or networking with 2 years' experience.
• Strong project and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency.
• Good knowledge of IP data networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects in CCTV, IDS, access control and related security systems.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning within budget and schedule.
• Attend site meetings to monitor project status.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors on progress and compliance.
• Procure materials and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Train customers on operation of installed systems.
• Ensure subcontractors work per drawings and instructions.
• Update shop drawings and diagrams before handover to Maintenance.
• Respond to customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
• Provide progress reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
