Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or IT Computer Science / Networking related field with 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good working knowledge of IP data networks.
• Strong project and people management skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in project execution and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage security system projects (CCTV, intrusion, access control, and AV intercom) to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning to meet customer requirements, budget, and schedule.
• Attend site meetings to monitor project status and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and designers for progress updates and compliance.
• Procure materials and coordinate timely deliveries to site within budget.
• Deliver training sessions for customers on installed systems.
• Oversee on-site subcontractors to ensure adherence to drawings and instructions.
• Update shop drawings, floor plans, and diagrams before handover.
• Address customer feedback and complaints with corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to stakeholders.

Job Summary

Manage and execute security system projects, ensuring installation, testing, and commissioning meet customer requirements within budget and schedule. Liaise with stakeholders and provide training and support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned security system projects including CCTV Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Electronic Access Control, and Audio/Video Intercom systems to ensure successful delivery.
• Implement installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems according to customer requirements, budget, and schedule commitments.
• Attend site meetings to monitor project status and resolve issues promptly.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, main contractors, and interior designers to provide accurate progress updates, ensure technical compliance, and manage variation claims.
• Procure materials and coordinate timely delivery to site aligned with project progress and budget constraints.
• Conduct detailed operational training sessions for customers on installed security systems.
• Supervise subcontractors on-site to ensure work complies with approved drawings and instructions.
• Update shop drawings, floor plans, and single line diagrams accurately before handing over to the Maintenance Department.
• Respond to and manage customer feedback and complaints by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide regular progress reports, forecasts, and updates on technical issues to relevant stakeholders.

Preferred competencies and qualifications
