Job summary

You will manage contracts, renewals, and tenders to ensure continuity, monitor performance, coordinate updates, and integrate new systems like Videowall and KVM Matrix. Strong vendor management and procurement SME skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing security systems and electrical work.
• Ability to manage contracts including tenders and renewals.
• Strong vendor management and procurement knowledge.
• Experience with CCTV, video management, Videowall and PSIM.
• Ability to coordinate system maintenance, testing and service recovery.

Responsibilities

• Track MOA/MOU with stakeholders.
• Oversee payments for the division per procurement guidelines.
• Manage vendors and contractors to meet timelines and standards.
• Coordinate maintenance, fault rectification, testing and commissioning with stakeholders.
• Review vendor performance and maintenance reports for improvements.
• Provide SME support for tendering and contract administration.
