Job summary

Johnson Controls in Singapore seeks an experienced Security Solutions Engineer to manage engineering, configuration, and integration of advanced security systems from design through commissioning. You will work with project managers, construction teams, clients, and vendors to ensure systems meet specifications and industry standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Lenel OnGuard, CCURE 9000, AMAG, BVMS, LenelS2, Genetec, Milestone, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer & Science, Instrumentations, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in installation, configuration, or servicing security systems.
• Experience with enterprise security platforms (Lenel OnGuard, CCURE 9000, AMAG, BVMS, LenelS2, Genetec, Milestone).
• Strong computer literacy and networking knowledge (MS Windows, Linux, Office, LAN, Fiber Optic).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Handle engineering, configuration, integration, testing, and implementation of security solutions from design through commissioning.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, clients, and vendors to meet project specs and industry standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, system architecture, and design specifications.
• Perform inspection, setup, testing, and commissioning of security installations (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Intercoms, and electronic locks).
• Support FAT/SAT, pre-commissioning activities, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical assistance to related parties and promote health and safety policies.
