Job summary

NCS is seeking a qualified Security Systems Engineer to join our APAC team in Singapore. You will handle IP CCTV, IDS, EACS, EKMS and VMS systems, perform configurations, troubleshooting and on-site implementations for perimeter and video analytics deployments.

You will read as-built drawings, coordinate with contractors and clients, ensure service levels, and work with teammates to deliver secure, scalable solutions across multisite projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical / Electronic, Information Systems or equivalent discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in security surveillance hardware and software administration, configuration, and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot security surveillance hardware and software.
• Read and interpret as-built drawings and floor plans for site surveys.
• Coordinate with contractors and clients to meet service delivery and SLAs.
• Work independently and communicate effectively with team members, partners, and clients

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge and hands on experience working with software and hardware systems in the area of:
• IP CCTV System
• Intrusion Detection System (IDS)
• Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS)
• Electronic Key Management System (EKMS)
• Video Management System (VMS)
• Network Connectivity & Router Configuration
• Site implementation (network, system, infra, applications) and management of a state-of-the-art integrated perimeter, video surveillance and video analytics security system.
• Work closely with team members to meet client’s service delivery level agreement
• Able to work and coordinates with contractors and clients
• Able to read and orientate as-built drawing, floor plan, etc. as to conduct site survey
• Well oriented in direction and diagrams
• Understands technical documentation, manuals, as-built system drawings etc.
• Works independently without supervision and communicates well with team members, partners, and clients

Qualifications
