A leading security solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Network Engineer to develop and maintain scalable network infrastructure for CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. The ideal candidate has a diploma in IT and at least two years of experience in network engineering and security system integration. Key skills include LAN, WAN, VPN knowledge and compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR requirements.

Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable network infrastructure for CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, including VLANs, firewalls, and switches.
• Integrate physical security systems with IT infrastructure, optimizing hardware and software for CCTV, biometric access, and intrusion detection.
• Conduct system audits, manage firmware updates, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support & training.
• Ensure ISO 27001, GDPR compliance, maintain network diagrams & security documentation, and conduct risk assessments.

• Min diploma in IT or it's equivalent
• At least two years in network engineering/security system integration.
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, L2/L3 security (Cisco, Ruckus, Aruba), firewalls, and intrusion detection.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and physical security systems
