Job summary

TDCX is seeking an experienced Security Systems Coordinator in Singapore to administer ACS, CCTV, VMS, and IDS, ensuring system integrity and ongoing operations. You will partner with IT, security teams, and on-site guards to manage access, alerts, and incidents across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include maintaining SOPs, conducting risk assessments, and leading incident investigations with a focus on ISO 27001, SOC 2 Physical Security, OSHA/WSH compliance.

Qualifications

• National ITE Certificate or Diploma in Facilities Management, Security Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, with 1–2 years in security systems management or coordination.
• Familiar with Access Control Systems (ACS) such as Lenel OnGuard, C•CURE, Genetec Synergis, Gallagher; CCTV and VMS experience.
• Strong technical writing skills for SOPs, post orders, and incident reports.

• Develop and maintain SOPs for security posts, roving patrols, and alarm response.
• Act as primary contact for real-time security alerts, alarms, medical emergencies, and facility incidents.
• Coordinate response with on-site guards, facility mgmt, and external emergency services.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and audit Access Control Systems (ACS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Video Management Systems (VMS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Visitor Management Systems.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, hardware health checks, and firmware/software updates across security devices (cameras, door controllers, card readers, sensors).
• Collaborate with internal IT and network engineering teams to troubleshoot system downtime, network connectivity, and integration issues.
• Coordinate daily SOC operations, guard force monitoring, badge provisioning, and visitor access management.
• Manage access rights, badge issuance, lost/stolen badge revocation, and periodic access reviews for staff, contractors, and visitors.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for security posts, roving patrols, and alarm response.
• Act as a primary point of contact for real‑time security alerts, alarm activations, medical emergencies, and facility incidents.
• Coordinate response efforts with on‑site guard personnel, facility management, and external emergency services (police, fire, medical).
• Lead initial incident investigations, preserve relevant CCTV footage, conduct root‑cause analysis, and draft detailed incident reports for management.
• Ensure physical security controls align with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2 Physical Security, OSHA/WSH regulations).
• Conduct routine physical security risk assessments, penetration/vulnerability checks, and system audits across company sites.

Qualifications & Requirements

• National ITE Certificate (NITEC) / Diploma in Facilities Management, Security Management, Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, with at least one to two (1–2) years specifically in security systems management or coordination.
• Familiar Access Control Systems (ACS) (e.g., Lenel OnGuard, C•CURE, Genetec Synergis, Gallagher) Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and Video Management Systems (VMS)
• Strong technical writing skills for SOPs, post orders, and comprehensive incident reports.
