HOI HUP NOVENA PTE. LTD. is seeking a vigilant Security and Loss Prevention professional to manage daily operations, protecting assets and ensuring the safety of employees and guests on site.

You will maintain logs and certifications, follow SOPs, and strive to improve guest and employee satisfaction while supporting the department's financial performance.

Qualifications

• O Levels or Diploma or Equivalent in any discipline.
• At least 2-3 years of security experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily security and loss prevention operations.
• Protect property assets, employees, guests and property.
• Ensure safety and security of all areas; maintain logs and documents.
• Follow emergency procedures for evacuations, medical events or disasters.
• Adhere to company and department safety policies and procedures.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report them to management and security staff.
• Complete safety training and certifications as required.

JOB SUMMARY

Manages security/loss prevention operations on a daily basis. Areas of responsibilities include protection of property assets,employees, guests and property, accident and fire prevention and response.Ensures that all areas of the property are safe and secure. Maintains logs,certifications and documents required by law and Standard Operating Procedures.Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizingthe financial performance of the department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety and Security

• Follow property specific procedures for handling allemergency situations (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, naturaldisasters).
• Follow company and department safety and security policiesand procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.
• Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on propertypremises.
• Report work related accidents, or other injuriesimmediately upon occurrence to Manager/Assistant.
• Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditionsand/or report them to management and security/safety personnel.
• Follow Hazardous Material Management Program proceduresfor handling and disposing of chemicals, fertilizer, pesticides, blood bornepathogens, etc., including using Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Use proper equipment, wear appropriate personal protectiveequipment (PPE), and employ correct lifting procedures, as necessary, to avoidinjury.
• Complete appropriate safety training and certifications toperform work tasks.

Experience
