Job summary

SUPERLUCK PROPERTIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Security Operations role to safeguard tenants and assets across commercial properties. Qualifications

• 1 year relevant security experience in commercial office/retail/mixed-use developments.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate electronic reporting and security systems.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct access control for tenants, visitors, contractors and service providers.
• Monitor CCTV, visitor management systems, access control systems and other security technologies.
• Carry out regular patrols and inspections of common areas, plant rooms, carparks and designated areas.
• Ensure security incidents, observations and occurrences are accurately recorded and reported.
• Manage keys, access cards and security-related assets per procedures.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, fire alarms and emergencies; assist services and occupants.
• Support business continuity and emergency preparedness exercises.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to tenants, visitors and contractors.
• Attend to general enquiries, access requests and tenant assistance requirements.
• Foster positive tenant relationships through responsive engagement.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards and regulatory compliance.
• Report unsafe acts/conditions to management; maintain regulatory compliance.
• Promote sustainability initiatives and report environmental concerns.
• Support tenant events and operational matters as required.

Security Operations

• Conduct access control for tenants, visitors, contractors and service providers.

• Monitor and operate CCTV systems, visitor management systems, access control systems and other security-related technologies.

• Carry out regular patrols and inspections of common areas, plant rooms, carparks and other designated areas.

• Ensure all security incidents, observations and occurrences are accurately recorded and reported.

• Manage keys, access cards and security-related assets in accordance with approved procedures.

Emergency Response

• Respond promptly to security incidents, fire alarms, medical emergencies, lift entrapments, evacuation exercises and other emergencies.

• Assist emergency services, tenants and building occupants during incidents and emergency situations.

• Support business continuity and emergency preparedness exercises conducted by the Company.

Customer Service

• Provide professional and courteous customer service to tenants, visitors and contractors.

• Attend to general enquiries, access requests and tenant assistance requirements.

• Foster positive tenant relationships through responsive and professional engagement.

Safety and Compliance

• Conduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards, security vulnerabilities and maintenance defects.

• Ensure compliance with the Company's security policies, standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and operational risks to management promptly.

Sustainability Responsibilities

• Support the Company's sustainability initiatives by promoting responsible resource usage.

• Report water leakages, energy wastage and environmental concerns observed during patrols.

• Participate in Company sustainability and environmental awareness programmes where required.

Operational Support

• Support tenant events, VIP visits, building activities and special operational assignments.

• Assist the Property Management Team in operational matters as and when required.

• May be deployed across multiple Company-managed properties based on operational requirements.
  

Job Requirement

• Experience in commercial office, retail or mixed-use developments will be advantageous with 1 year relevant security experience

• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate electronic reporting and security systems.

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays where required.
