Job summary

EtonHouse International School Orchard is seeking an on-site security guard to safeguard premises, students, teachers and assets while maintaining the school’s image. You will monitor visitors and contractors, manage drive-in/drop-off areas, and respond to incidents with timely reporting to management.

The role requires vigilance, strong observation, and reliable communication to ensure a safe environment for the school community.

Qualifications

• Minimum PSLE Education.
• No Criminal Record.
• ESS Workplace Literacy Numeracy Level 4.
• Must possess two (2) basic Licensing Modules.
• Handle Security Incidents and Services.
• Provide Guard and Patrol Services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Alertness to Deter, Detect and Delay any crime or incidents.
• Protection of the Safety and security of the premises, students, teachers and assets.
• Maintaining the Clients and Company image.
• Handling Enquires/Monitoring of Visitors, Residents (Walk-In / Drive-In).
• Handling Enquires/Monitoring of Sub-Contractors/Term Contractors.
• Handling/Monitoring of Movers/Renovations works/incidents.
• Managing Drive-in and Drop off area.
• Attend and report of all incidents to management.
• Patrol and clocking.
• Traffic control/ Illegal parking.
• Crime prevention.
• General building facilities monitoring.
• Liaise with management on all other duties and responsibilities.
