Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks an organised Project Administrator to support security project managers with day-to-day administration. You will keep information current, follow up agreed actions and prepare the records the team needs to deliver its projects.

This role covers physical and electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, intruder alarms and related infrastructure, requiring strong organisation and careful documentation.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in administration, project support, document control or operations with dependable follow-up.
• Clear written and verbal communication including progress updates and meeting minutes.
• Ability to prioritise tasks across several projects with strong organisation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain trackers and update project status, milestones, forecast, dates, device counts and actions.
• Organise project folders, contact lists, drawings, reports and correspondence with version control.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and minutes, follow up actions.
• Chase updates from system integrators, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare weekly status updates and milestone summaries for leadership review.
• Coordinate design reviews, site activities, audits, commissioning and handover meetings.
