Job summary

Yi-Ke Innovations Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based IT services and system integration company, is seeking a proactive Project Engineer to support and manage physical security system projects from planning to completion.

You will coordinate project activities, monitor progress, manage resources, liaise with clients, vendors and internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination/management, preferably in physical security or ELV systems.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm systems and structured cabling is an advantage.
• Familiarity with security system brands/platforms such as AMAG, LenelS2, Avigilon is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for project execution
• Coordinate and monitor project activities, site progress, and technical teams to ensure timely completion
• Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project coordination
• Manage project resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and scheduling
• Monitor project budget, track expenses, and support cost control activities
• Identify project risks and issues proactively and implement corrective actions when required
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, testing records, and as-built documentation
• Attend site meetings, project discussions, and support project handover activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, IT, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in physical security or ELV systems
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and structured cabling is an advantage
• Familiarity with security system brands/platforms such as AMAG, LenelS2, and Avigilon is an added advantage
• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation
• Willing to travel to project sites when required

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing security system or ELV projects
• Hands-on experience with security systems and platforms including AMAG, LenelS2, Avigilon, Hikvision, Dahua, Hanwha, Milestone, Genetec, Suprema, HID, Gallagher, and Bosch
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, project scheduling, and reporting tools
• Knowledge of Singapore workplace safety and site coordination requirements
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
