Job summary

Arslan SRS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Security Supervisor to oversee the Data Centre Security Team (DCST) and ensure execution of all site policies. The role requires leadership in operations, incident response, and daily reporting to the Security Operations Manager (SOM).

The position is based in the West Area with a 4-day work week and rotating day/night shifts. Shortlisted candidates will be notified by HR.

• Possess a valid PRD License with a minimum PWM rank of Senior Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supervision of the DCST.
• Monitor, review and record daily performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Lead the security team during operations, incident escalation and response.
• Ensure all posts are manned per global guarding standards.
• Provide daily/weekly shift updates to the SOM with key events.
• Ensure vendor Post Orders are carried out to a high standard.
• Report and manage incidents, emergencies and site issues per standards.
• Oversee handover processes at Guardhouse, Reception and SOC.

Job Description:

• Responsible for daily supervision of the Data Centre Security Team (DCST).
• To ensure that DCST carry out and fulfil all specified tasks as issued through the site Security Operations Manager (SOM)
• Actively monitor, review and record daily performance of all security teams, identifying areas for improved operational effectiveness and staff engagement
• Drive the development of an excellent security culture, leading by example, setting standards (dress, deportment etc), whilst displaying passion and enthusiasm for the role
• Issue site security management with operational reports as requested or on a routine basis
• Track and provide a daily and weekly shift updates to SOM including significant operational events and requirements, team meetings, communications, logistics, DCST officers interviews conducted, and training completed
• Lead and support the security team during all operations, incident escalation and response.
• Ensure all security posts are manned in line with the global standards guarding model
• Be prepared to provide support and relief to posts where required
• The SOS will have primary responsibility for ensuring that vendor Post Orders (POs) are carried out to the highest standard, ensuring that the requirements as outlined in the POs are adhered to.
• Ensure that all incidents, emergencies and site issues (welfare, logistics, communication, EH&S etc) are reported, escalated and managed in compliance with site standards
• Oversee a functioning documented shift handover process verbally and via email for operational effectiveness using a shared documentation management system
• Oversee a functioning documented post-handover at the Guardhouse, Reception and SOC
• Ensure that any operational observations that are identified are actioned and followed up on in a timely manner
• Ensure that all security personnel adhere to global uniform standards

Working Hours:

• Shift Roster: 4 days work week, off days will depend on roster
• Rotating Day & Night Shift
