Job summary

Arslan SRS Pte Ltd is hiring for an Incident Response role in Singapore. You will respond to safety and security incidents, assist in evacuations, and manage central alarm, fire, lift, and carpark systems. You will monitor CCTV and alarm centers, handle keys issuance, and ensure PRD identification on-site while adhering to company policies.

Shift work includes day and night rosters, with weekends and public holidays as required. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified by HR.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and report complex or large-scale safety and security incidents
• Assist in evacuation
• Manage Central Alarm Monitoring System
• Manage fire control system, lift control system and carpark system
• Monitor CCTV and centralized alarm monitoring
• Maintain CCTV storage libraries
• Assist in issuance and accounting of keys
• Display PRD identification on site and maintain grooming standards
• Comply with all company policies and client requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Key Press Management

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid PRD License with a minimum PWM rank of Senior Security Officer
• Manage Disorderly Conduct and Threatening Behaviour and Perform Remote Surveillance Function certified
• 1 notification available
• Ability to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively with employees, visitors, and management.
• Able to conduct patrols and stand for extended periods.
• Occupational First Aid Certification
• Respond to Fire & Hazmat Emergency Certification
• Basic IT Knowledge
• Tattoos to be covered, Neck Tattoos not allowed

Professional Standards

• Display PRD identification at all times while on site.
• Maintain proper grooming standards and wear the prescribed uniform.
• Comply with all Company policies, client requirements, and post instructions.

Working Hours:

• Shift Roster: 4 days working week, off days will depend on roster
• Perm Day Shift (07.30am to 07.30pm)
• Perm Night Shift (07.30pm to 07.30am)
